Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

The website mysweet3d.com (“Sweet3D”) is run by [TO FILL IN: name], tax number (NIF) [TO FILL IN: NIF], address: [TO FILL IN: address]. Contact: [TO FILL IN: email].

2. What we sell

Sweet3D lets you design digital files for 3D printing (STL and 3MF) online: cookie cutters, stamps, stencils, cake toppers and cake fronts, made from an image or a text. We do not sell physical objects: you print the files on your own printer or with a service of your choice.

The 3D preview shows the file you will receive. Before paying you can adjust the design as often as you like, free of charge.

3. Prices and payment

4. Delivery

The files are available for download as soon as the payment is confirmed, on the order page. With a Multibanco reference, confirmation happens when you pay it. The order link is also included in the Stripe receipt, so you can download the files again.

For 3 days after payment you can edit a paid design again (size, font, thickness, colour, etc.) and download it again without paying. Changing the text of a topper or the image counts as a new design.

5. Right of withdrawal

Because this is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, before paying you expressly agree that delivery starts immediately and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 17(1)(m) of Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014). This consent is requested at checkout and recorded.

This does not affect your rights if the file you receive is faulty or does not match what was shown: contact us and we will fix the file or refund you.

6. Use of the files

7. Images and texts you upload

You confirm you have the right to use the images and texts you upload. Using third-party characters, logos or trademarks without permission is not allowed. Sweet3D may refuse or cancel orders that infringe third-party rights or the law.

8. Food safety and printing

Sweet3D only supplies files. Choice of material, printing, cleaning and use with food are your responsibility. We recommend food-contact filaments, short contact with dough, and washing the objects before and after use. Remove toppers from the cake before eating.

9. Liability

We do our best to make the files printable (one closed piece, minimum thicknesses), but results depend on the printer, material and settings. Sweet3D's liability is limited to the amount paid for the design concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

10. Complaints and disputes

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence.
